Judith Krug, Who Fought Ban on Books, Dies at 69

Posted by Editor on April 17, 2009

A woman we should all be grateful for is gone.  Please read her obit at:  http://www.nytimes.com/2009/04/15/us/15krug.html

Also, she is remembered at: http://www.libraryjournal.com/article/CA6651093.html

I recall hearing of her when I was in grad school, and that was a LONG time ago.  She took our profession to new heights, for sure.  And I am glad for it!
